          When should I take Deos?

          Take Deos in the morning, preferably before breakfast. If you have strong body odor take one at night as well. Do not exceed two per day.

          Are there any side effects?

          Tummy Aches: When you first start taking Deos, you may experience minor tummy aches after the first couple hours after taking your dose.
